OUR WEATHER POLICY

Safety first, fun a very close second — and when it comes to weather, the Captain makes the final call.

Our 15/15 rule: We do not depart when sustained winds are 15 mph or higher, or when lightning is within 15 miles of the marina.

Passing storms: If a storm is just passing through, we may hold at the dock until it clears and then head out as planned.

 

If the Captain cancels or reschedules your charter for weather: There is no penalty to you. We will reschedule your trip at no additional cost.

 

Guest cancellations: Our standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies to guest-initiated cancellations.

The Captain monitors conditions and makes all weather decisions, including on the day of your trip.
